First Rescue CPR Policies

Cancellation by Student

  • Students may receive a full refund on their class up to 24 hours before their  scheduled class date. Refund requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded 50% of their original purchase.

Requests for rescheduling a class require a 24-hour notice via email to support@firstrescuecpr.com. Rescheduling a course with less than 24-hours notice will incur a 25% rescheduling fee of the original purchase of class. eCards will not be issued until the rescheduling fee is collected.

Students who do not attend the course without prior notification will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund. A new course will need to be purchased in this event.

Cancellation by First Rescue CPR

First Rescue CPR may, at its discretion, cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor emergency, facility issues, or other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations are rare. For the inconvenience, we will provide a discount of 25% for students that choose to reschedule.

General Terms

Cancellation requests can be made by phone call or e-mail at support@firstrescuecpr.com

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

Students that leave a course before its completion will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling is available.

It is the responsibility of the student to know and select the proper course they need.

We can offer assistance in describing the courses we offer but cannot make a selection for you.

Please confirm with your employer before enrolling.

If you have purchased a book from us but wish to return it, we require the book be in original packaging and undamaged.

We have a 15-minute window for late arrivals. Students arriving beyond this time will need to reschedule.

If a student attempts a course but is unsuccessful, they are able to retake the class on a different day for another attempt at no additional cost.
